| I found this old demo sitting in my /quake/qw drive and I had no idea what it was until I actually started watching it. It's actually a demo from what I believe was the very first TF match in which I ever played. My first clan was Clan Steel Wool, and I was recruited back when I was on dialup and pinging 400. Clan Steel Wool soon merged with Fallen Angels, which is how I wound up in that clan. For the match, PCW (I don't even remember what that stands for) only played with 5 or 6 compared to our 8 for some reason. Accordingly, we demolished them. Kids, this is how dialup players played Team Fortress back in 1998. This isn't even a fantastic video or anything, just of historical interest to me. |
